Pumo - AI Assistant

Pumo was created with onOffice CRM platform clients in mind – one of the largest CRM systems for the European real estate market. The goal was to significantly accelerate real estate agents' work through automation of listing preparation.

Responsibilities: My main area was preparing and fine-tuning LLM models for analyzing property photos and processing audio transcriptions. I worked on ensuring high quality of generated descriptions and their alignment with reality visible in the photos.

Challenges: The key challenge was eliminating model hallucinations – the agent had to describe only what it actually sees in photos or hears in recordings. An additional difficulty was integration with the comprehensive onOffice CRM system and handling the large amount of context required by this platform.
